Orders

When will I receive my order?

If you are ordering from the UK the estimated shipping time is 1-7 working days from when your order is dispatched.

If you are ordering from outside the UK the estimated shipping time is 1-4 weeks from when your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to change any details on your order please get in contact with our customer service team via email customerservice@lephoria.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of any amendments required and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and International orders are shipped with Fedex.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Please allow 3 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse but we aim to ship all parcels the next working day!

During sales periods please allow up to five working days for your order to be dispatched.

UK Shipping Info

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery and Tracked Delivery are prioritised and will be dispatched before Standard Delivery. 

You can select the delivery type at checkout from the following options:

Standard Delivery:

  • £1.99 Standard Delivery
  • Scanned upon delivery - no tracking number.
  • Estimated shipping time 1-7 working days once dispatched by us.

Tracked Delivery:

  • £3.99 Tracked Delivery or FREE when you spend £50+
  • End to end tracking number given with an email/text with estimated date and time of delivery on the day.
  • Estimated shipping time 1-3 working days once dispatched by us.

Next Day Delivery:

  • £6.99 Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery before 4pm.
  • Delivery is next working day when you place your order before 1pm. Where your order is placed after 1pm or on the weekend, it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery on the following working day. 
  • This service requires a signature upon delivery. 
  • Next day orders placed:

Before 1pm Monday - arrives Tuesday

Before 1pm Tuesday - arrives Wednesday

Before 1pm Wednesday - arrives Thursday

Before 1pm Thursday - arrives Friday

Before 1pm Friday - arrives Monday

Any orders placed after 1pm Friday - 1pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

International Shipping Info

All international orders are shipped with FedEx.

  • £7.99 International Shipping or FREE when you spend £50+
  • Estimated shipping time is 1-4 weeks once dispatched by us. 
  • For orders outside of the UK/EU: If customs/duties are added to your order by your local government as import duty, we are not liable for these charges. 
  • EU shipping: You will no longer be charged customs on shipments under 150 euros. If you wish to place an order over this value, please place more than one order - shipping will be free over £50 anyway.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. Therefore, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. 

Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery.

All products must be returned unworn and in their original packaging

All returns must include a note of your order number &/or the original packing slip.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you are returning goods from outside the EU please tick on the customs declaration it is return of unwanted goods with no commercial value.

Can I exchange my item?

We are happy to help you exchange your item!

We do not accept exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

If you wish to make an exchange please contact our customer service team customerservice@lephoria.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Gifting

I'm not sure what to buy. Can I get a gift card?

Gift cards are available to purchase here.

Our gift cards are delivered instantly via email to the address of your choice with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. 

Do you offer gift wrap on my order?

Gift wrap is available to add to your order for £4.99 here

Each item will be placed into one of our pouches and then into a larger gift pouch to keep all of the items together! Your order will then be placed into one of our branded magnetic gift boxes. You have the option at checkout to add a message to your order which will be handwritten by one of our team!

Sizing

Our rings are listed in US sizes but we also show other formats (UK, EUR, mm) to help you convert from other measurements. 

The length of our necklaces and bracelets will be included in the product description on the item. Most products will have an adjustable extender allowing it to be worn at different lengths - perfect for layering!

How do I know my ring size?

On each of our ring products you will be able to choose which ring size you require.

Our rings are listed in US sizes but we also show other formats (UK, EUR, mm) to help you convert from other measurements. 

If you do not know your ring size, you can measure the diameter of your finger in mm and then convert the measurement to US sizing using the chart below.

If you have a ring you love but do not know the size there are ring sizing apps available in which you can place your ring on the screen and it will tell you the size.

Taking Care of Your Jewellery

How do I care for my jewellery properly?

All of our items are genuine 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and copper, so your jewellery has both elegance and durability. 

Care for your jewellery by doing the following:

  • Polish your silver jewellery frequently with our Lephoria cloths!
  • Store your pieces in our pouches or an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  • If your jewellery is stored for long periods of time, frequent cleaning is recommended to prevent tarnishing.
  • Avoid water whilst wearing your jewellery; remove rings when washing your hands and remove all jewellery before showering or swimming. 
  • Avoid perfumes, scented lotions and anything with chemicals.
